Potassium humate is a high polymer heterogeneous aromatic hydroxyl carboxylic acid salt.

A black powder with a slightly glossy appearance, it is soluble in water and has weak alkaline features.

It is comprised of such active groups as hydroxyl, carboxylic acid salt and nitrogen.
